These will be incurred on all orders cancelled with less than 18 hours notice. All items will be charged at full price except those that can be returned to stock, for which there will be no charge.
Flights leaving from the UK are exempt from VAT.
You can pay for your catering in one of 4 ways:
1. On your credit card
2. Added to your fuel bill through the handling agent
3. Using your Multi Service Aviation card.
4. By invoice
If you choose to pay by invoice please provide a full postal address for your Accounts Department and notify them that payment for your catering must be received no greater than 30 days from the date of invoice.
